Riikka Korkia-aho Appointed as Newil&Bau’s Sales Director for the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

Riikka Korkia-aho started as the Sales Director for the Helsinki metropolitan area at Newil&Bau on January 29, 2025. She is responsible for residential sales and customer service in the region, as well as the development of sales materials, pricing, and RS documentation.

“I am very excited about my new role at Newil&Bau. This position allows me to leverage my previous experience in new housing sales while joining an innovative, top-tier team. Customer focus and high quality are important to me, and these values are reflected in everything we do at Newil&Bau,” says Korkia-aho.

Riikka has over 20 years of experience in residential sales and marketing at major construction companies. Before joining Newil&Bau, she worked as the Sales and Marketing Director at Lehto Asunnot, where she was responsible for the company’s nationwide sales, marketing, and customer service. Her strengths include a deep understanding of customer needs, an empathetic approach, and a determined mindset. With her background in architectural engineering, she also brings valuable customer insight to housing design.

In her free time, Riikka can most likely be found at a group fitness class or exploring new travel destinations.
