- 1st installment in the conclusion of the sale: 20% of the selling price
- 2nd installment after about 3 months after the conclusion of the sale: 22.5% of the selling price
- 3rd installment after about 6 months of the conclusion of the sale: 20% of the sale price
- 4th installment after about 10 months of the conclusion of the sale: 17.5% of the selling price
- 5th installment after you have inspected the finished apartment: 5.6% of the debt-free price
- 6th installment after you have inspected the finished apartment: 1.4% of the debt-free price
