Jussi Järvelä is moving from Skanska Kodit to become the Project Development Director at Newil&Bau

He will start as a member of the executive team responsible for project development at Newil&Bau on January 15, 2024. Järvelä is joining from Skanska Kodit, where he was responsible for leading land acquisition in Finland.

Järvelä will take charge of Newil&Bau’s project development team and the current project portfolio in zoning, valued at over 400 million euros. These projects will go on sale between 2025 and 2028.

Järvelä has extensive and diverse experience in land acquisition and project development. Before working at Skanska, he was employed at YIT.

Järvelä will also join the N&B option program, which typically includes all employees in growth companies, with different shares depending on position.
