Do you have a plot or renovation site suitable for us?

We want to introduce to the market unique Newil&Bau homes that are build according to our design philosophy. Therefore, we are always looking for new plots and renovation sites that are appropriate for residential use, located in the greater Helsinki area, and sized 2,000 GFA2 – 20,000 GFA2. If you know of a suitable site, please contact us!
The site does not need to be ready for apartment production. We are happy to participate in the site’s development!

For example, a suitable site might be

● A plot that is owned by housing cooperatives and has space for complementary building
● A sparsely built facility plot that can be developed for residential use
● A plot suitable for demolishing complementary building
● An office building that is not used to its full capacity or that is in need of renovation
