Martta Kyllönen appointed Director of Land Acquisition and Project Development at Newil & Bau

Newil & Bau has appointed Martta Kyllönen as the director in charge of land acquisition and project development. She will also join the company’s key personnel ownership program. Kyllönen starts in her role on 12 January 2026, taking responsibility for identifying and securing new project opportunities, ongoing investment and due diligence processes, and managing the project portfolio currently in the zoning phase.

Kyllönen, who is trained as both an engineer and an architect, has long and varied experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Before joining Newil & Bau, she worked at Urban Partners (formerly Nrep) as Real Estate Development Director responsible for development projects in Finland. Prior to that, she held similar roles at NCC.
