Newil & Bau prepares for its next growth phase: Frans Ramberg appointed Chief Financial Officer

Newil & Bau has appointed Frans Ramberg as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will be responsible for the company’s financing, investment processes, and financial administration. Leveraging his extensive experience in the real estate market, his goal is to help drive Newil & Bau’s growth toward becoming a leading residential development brand.

Frans has over 10 years of experience in real estate financing and investment. He joins Newil & Bau from Nrep (Urban Partners), where he served as Investment Director, overseeing the company’s residential segment in Finland. Before Nrep, Ramberg worked at Advium Corporate Finance and KPMG. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Åbo Akademi University.

The company’s current CFO, Henrik Ylivuori, will move into the role of Chief of Staff, where he will be responsible for legal affairs and various strategic projects.
