Newil&Bau is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe

According to Financial Times’ latest FT 1000 list, Newil&Bau is the fourth-fastest growing company in Finland and one of the fastest growing apartment developers in Europe. The report lists the top 1,000 European companies with the fastest growth. In the list covering the entire Europe, Newil&Bau is ranked number 215.

Newil&Bau is a consumer product company that provides beautiful and sustainable living experiences for urban dwellers. The demand for the ecological N&B Homes is many times larger than the number of apartments on sale, and the waiting list for new N&B Homes includes approximately 7,500 people. Insinööritalo, located on Ratakatu in Helsinki and designed by Alvar Aalto, is the first apartment product to be completed in accordance with the Newil&Bau concept and will welcome its first residents this summer.

The budgeted sales of the company will increase this year, totaling approximately EUR 130 million. The project portfolio will grow 100% this year. The number of personnel has increased by 10 employees in one year, and Newil&Bau is currently looking to strengthen its product and technology team.
