Martta Kyllönen joins the executive team

Newil & Bau strengthens its leadership by appointing Martta Kyllönen as a member of the executive team, responsible for land acquisition, project development, and concept development.

Martta Kyllönen has been appointed a member of the company’s executive team. Her area of responsibility includes land acquisition, zoning, and project and concept development. In this role, Kyllönen is responsible for ensuring that the company’s future project portfolio and the development of its properties support Newil & Bau’s long-term strategy and recognizable product concept. Kyllönen joined Newil & Bau at the beginning of 2026, and prior to that she worked in similar roles at Urban Partners (formerly Nrep) and NCC.

At the same time, we are updating the roles of the other members of the executive team. Janne Hietala has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Going forward, he will be responsible for project management, the implementation of our concept, and sales in both Helsinki and Turku. This will strengthen cooperation between the different stages of a project and ensure a consistent concept and customer experience across all developments.

Mikko Salola, who has served as Chief Commercial Officer since Newil & Bau’s founding, has been appointed CMO, and will be responsible for marketing, brand, and the development of the technology platform. This includes the company’s web platform, the digital N&B Studio, and the N&B App.

Frans Ramberg continues in the role of CFO.
